Senior Checklist

• Request letters of recommendation
• Visit Schools
• Finalize your list of schools where you will apply
• Begin applying for schools, tell school counselor where you’ve applied
• Send transcripts www.parchment.com
• If you haven’t met benchmark, register for the ACT
• Create your FSA ID and FAFSA accounts
• Log into your KHEAA account www.kheaa.com
• Submit FAFSA beginning October 1
• Apply for scholarships, apply apply apply
• Attend Open Houses where you are accepted
• Tell school counselor your fall plans
• Notify schools where you were accepted of where you will attend by May 1
• Make sure your fees are paid at high school
• Send Final transcript to school of your choice.
