Eric Hale

Eric Hale took the helm as executive principal of Bryan Station High School in July 2020 with 15 years of experience in education. He came to FCPS from Fairview Independent Schools, where he most recently was achievement gap director of Student Services. He started his career as a fifth-grade teacher at Fairview Elementary School, where he later became principal, and moved from that role to assistant principal and then principal of Fairview High School, a position he held for six years.

Hale earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s degree in school leadership, and an education specialist’s degree and certification as a superintendent and director of pupil personnel, all from Morehead State University.
